Dua: Pray Before Scroll ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service:

Device Identifier: A unique device ID is generated locally to manage your subscription status. This ID is not linked to your personal identity.
Subscription Data: Your subscription status is managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We verify your subscription status on our server using only your device ID.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal information
We do not collect location data
We do not use analytics or tracking tools
We do not collect crash reports or usage statistics
We do not track which apps you block or use

Screen Time Data

The app uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls) to block and unblock apps you select. All Screen Time data is processed entirely on your device by iOS. We never have access to which apps you use, block, or how much time you spend on them.

Local Storage

Your preferences, favorites, streak history, and dua reading data are stored locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

RevenueCat: Used to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your device ID and purchase information from Apple. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Apple App Store: Handles all payment processing. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Data Retention

We do not store personal data on our servers. Subscription verification is done in real-time and not cached. If you delete the app, all local data is removed.

Your Rights

You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app. To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
