1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dua: Pray Before Scroll ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Dua: Pray Before Scroll is a personal device usage management app that blocks selected apps until the user reads an Islamic supplication (dua). The app uses Apple's Screen Time API to manage app access on your device.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The app offers auto-renewable subscription plans (yearly and weekly).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
A 7-day free trial may be offered for the yearly plan. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Islamic Content

The duas and supplications provided in the app are sourced from the Quran and authenticated Hadith collections (Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, and others). While we strive for accuracy, we are not Islamic scholars and recommend consulting qualified scholars for religious guidance.

5. Screen Time & App Blocking

The app uses Apple's Family Controls framework to block apps you select.
You maintain full control over which apps are blocked and can modify your selection at any time in the app's settings.
The "Not Now" option on the shield allows emergency bypass of individual apps.
Uninstalling the app will remove all blocks immediately.
We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by app blocking.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for selecting which apps to block.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the app are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that the app will be error-free, or that app blocking will work in all scenarios.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
